Finding love just got a little easier…
What if I told you that there’s a magic potion that could lead you to the man of your dreams?
Would you drink it?
Josie Carter swore that there was no such thing as a “love potion” and that the crazy lady selling it at the hippie festival was a complete sham.
But a tiny little thread of hope is what made her try a sip.
A sip that caused a series of unfortunate events to unfold, wreaking havoc in her life but leading her to a man who just might be everything she’s been missing.
Before time runs out she’ll have to figure out if it’s true love, or if it’s all just too good to be true.

An Interview with Ari Rubis (David’s Love)

If you've read the Novella, All the Skies I will not See, you know that Ari is David's first love. Well, we've interviewed him, and here are his deepest thoughts...

1. What is your current state of mind? I feel utterly confused.

2. What is your idea of perfect happiness? The love of my life holding my hand.

3. What do you fear the most in life? Losing myself and the ability to translate my feelings into paintings and drawings.

4. Tell us about the greatest love of your life? He was kind. He was a loyal friend. He wasn't perfect; he was actually as confused as I. But that made him all the more lovely to me.

5. Which is your most treasured memory? My first kiss.

6. Do you have any regrets in life? I should have fought harder for my first love; instead I let him go.

7. What are you most proud of, any personal achievement? I'm an artist, so my paintings are what I'm most proud of.

8. What did you learn from the worst thing that happened in your life? That if you love someone, you should tell them.

9. What did you learn from the best thing that happened in your life? That I'm able to paint the face of love.

10. Do you think you turned out to be as your parents expected or are you a disappointment to them? If so how do you feel about it? I am a disappointment to them, and that makes me sad because they refuse to see the real me, they refuse to accept me.

11.  What do you like best about yourself? My hands.

12.  What is the quality you most admire in others? The courage to be themselves.

13.  What is your most favorite quote? Carpe diem.

14.  Do you live in the past, present or the future? Unfortunately, in the past.

15. A trip down the memory lane? Which one memory stands out? A sweet young man protecting me, and standing up for me.

PossessCover-750.jpg
AP new - synopsis.jpg

No weakness.
Maxim has stayed alive—and on top—for twenty years through a ruthless combination of brains and brutality. He’s grown the Syndicate into one of the world’s most powerful criminal enterprises.
He cares for no one.
Except her.
The woman he never should have saved…the one who holds the remnants of his long-dead heart.
No limits.
Senna doesn’t know why Maxim spared her all those years ago, or why he’s kept her by his side. But she does know that nothing—not his beautiful cruelty, not the black void where his heart should be—can stop her from loving him. Wanting him.
Even though she shouldn’t.
No turning back.
Years of obsession sharpen to a knife’s edge when Senna begins to crave her freedom. And when an old rival discovers her existence, Maxim must fight to keep her alive, even as he battles his need to possess her completely…no matter the cost.

AP new - excerpt.jpg
“Your visitor? Was that business?” I said, voice low, tight with anger I tried not to show him, hurt I’d sworn I would never show him. That anger, that jealously was mine to carry, and my pride stung at the idea of Maxim knowing about it. But despite my best efforts, my emotion was apparent.
To the undiscerning eye, it would have looked like Maxim had no reaction to my question. But my eye was discerning, and I had spent a great deal of my life studying him. So I saw the change, the slight flare of his nostrils, the way he momentarily thinned his lips, the way his jaw ticked. Only once, but once was enough. He was irritated. At my question or the emotion with which I’d asked it, I wasn’t sure.
“Asking questions about my business, Senna?” he said after he’d regained his composure.
I, however, had not regained mine.
“Is that what you call it?” I said, feeling reckless now as my gaze locked with his.
“Something on your mind, Senna?” he asked, his voice dripping with menace and warning.
I didn’t care.
“I know what you do with them,” I said.
“You know what I do with them?” he said, mimicking my words, giving me an opportunity to walk them back, an opportunity to let this go.
No chance that was happening now. I nodded, anger that had exploded full force making it impossible for me to stay quiet.
“Yeah. I do,” I said.
To my own ears my voice sounded malignant with anger, anger that was unjustified, indefensible, and more intense than almost any had ever felt.
“Tell me, Senna. What do I do with them?” he said, his eyes narrowing slightly for less than a split second, but his face almost instantly returning to its falsely placid default expression.
I narrowed my eyes at him, saw the slightest change in his expression. I had his complete attention now, and I could see he was curious as to how this would play out.
That was Maxim, always curious, always wondering, but rarely—never—giving anything away. That enraged me further. Why was I at the mercy of emotions I shouldn’t even feel while he got to stay distant, detached?
On any other day I would have tried to excuse my behavior, tried to smooth my momentarily lapse over and go back to pretending.
Today wasn’t any other day.
I couldn’t say why, and I had no clue what the consequences might be, but I was feeling brave, stupid with my anger. So I didn’t walk the words back, didn’t try to smooth them over.
I answered.
“She was one of your whores. You fuck them,” I said, proud when my voice barely cracked over the word “fuck.”
Maxim glared at me, his icy stare enough to make anyone cower. I was in no mood to cower, and for once, I didn’t care about his displeasure. He waited, no doubt expecting me to apologize for my language.
He’d be waiting for a very long time.
“I fuck them?” he finally said, his voice deep with his displeasure, his eyes dark with the same.
I nodded, not in any mood to speak.
“How do you know?” he asked, his eyes darkening further, his expression dropping into a foreboding frown.
I swallowed, frowned, and then, finally, spoke. “I saw you once.”
He leaned forward, the curiosity overtaking his anger. “What you see?” he asked.
I tilted my head toward his desk. “She was there, in front of you. On her knees.”
The words came out jerky with anger I wanted him to see, desire I didn’t.
“And you stayed? Watched?” he said.
I nodded, watching his expression for some sign of a change. I saw it too, a slight deepening of his eyes unlike any I’d seen before.
“What did you think when you saw that, Senna?” he asked, his voice grating out of his throat roughly.
I locked eyes with his, watched the darkness there get deeper, and decided in that moment to tell him the truth, consequences be damned.
“I wished I was her.”

Excerpt
“You’ve been making a lot of noise, Mr. Cavallo. I had to see you. Otherwise, you threatened to never leave, and then there was the allegation of ‘kidnapping.’ I don’t understand. Who do you think we’re holding prisoner? Everyone is here of their own free will.”

“Please call me Mario. I’m sorry to cause such a disturbance, but the last communications from my fiancĂ©e came from San Francisco and this school specifically.”

He looked around her office. “I’m not quite sure what you do here, but I have a basic understanding, and I have no idea why Lara would be here. She’s not that type of girl.”

That type of girl? He’d be shocked at what “type” attended the school.

Shaking her head, Ms. Lucy tried to address the situation with patience. “I’m sorry, but we don’t have anyone registered here under that name. There must be a mistake.”

“Ahhh wait,” he said, opening a black leather portfolio and removing a few photographs. He inspected them, and a crease marred his handsome brow. In that moment, seeing the mixture of pain and love collide on his face, she knew she’d help him. No matter what it took.

“I had a private detective look for her. Here are some pictures he took.” As he laid them on the desk in front of her, her heart stuttered as she drank in the photos. The woman in front of her was all too familiar. “She’s going under her given name, Clarissa.”

Check out the other books in the series!

After visiting the main campus of SFSU, Margaret “Maggie” O’Neil hangs up her police badge in search of new experiences and hoping to awake her own dormant sexuality.

With subjects such as an “Art Sex-education” class with an Italian professor who’s happy to schedule private tutoring after-hours, the school invites all sorts of sexual exploration. In the end, Van and Maggie fight to overcome the Learning Curves to overcome the pressures of society and save each other.

Available now via Amazon, ARe, B&N and other eRetailers.

Reed McAllister came to Sex U. for reasons all his own. Undercover, he’s searching for a woman, the right woman, and so far he doesn’t have any leads. Reed never saw himself working at a place such as SFSU, let alone instructing, but he had to admit it – the job did come with its perks.

When Mandi turns up on the missing list, will Reed be able to save her and give her the lessons she so desires?

She.

5-Stars Review
An amazing read, full of intrigue, romance, and drama. Kingmaker is a novel about political consultant who has made his career his life. And an escort living a lie. When circumstances throw these two together, things get a little messy...
Derek isn't happy when he finds presidential candidate with a hooker but he must avert the scandal or this could very well be the end of his successful career. So he did what he thought was the best option. He paid London to leave the city, go away, and keep her involvement with the congressman a secret.
London is happy to oblige. She is living a double life and it's in her own best interest if one finds out about her occupation.
But unluckily words got out and now there is a mess to cleanup, and lives to save. Derek will stop at nothing to make the whole situation go away. But what he didn't anticipate was having feelings for London. This could very well end in a disaster. He is going to try, nevertheless.

I loved it and would recommend to all my friends.

Excerpt

He stared at a pair of legs—long and shapely, with dark olive skin that glowed in the low light of the room. They ended in a pair of very strappy stiletto heeled shoes, and toe nails the color of a fine burgundy. Unfortunately, those spectacular legs were currently pressed against a wall while his client—his very married client—mauled the owner of said legs in a swanky hotel suite in southwest D.C.

“You have got to be kidding me,” Derek groaned as he stood in the doorway viewing the clusterfuck that had just exploded all of his plans.

“Unh,” Jason Melville grunted as he stopped ravishing the woman’s neck and raised his eyes to gaze over his shoulder at his very pissed campaign consultant. “Derek,” he gritted out. “This isn’t what it looks like.”

Derek slammed the door and strode across the room to glower at Jason and the woman splayed against the wall.

“What exactly is it then, Jason? Because it looks to me like you’re about to screw a woman who is not your wife hours before we’re supposed to announce your candidacy for president of the fucking United States. Did it ever occur to you that she could blow your entire campaign to hell before it even starts?”

Derek’s gaze drifted from Jason’s rapidly reddening face to the brunette he had pinned, hands above her head against the expensive wallpaper. As Jason released her and she straightened her clothes with a huff, Derek could see that the rest of her was as exquisite as her legs. Classic bone structure covered with smooth as silk, flawless skin. Exotic eyes the color of dark chocolate, tipped up at the outside corners, the lashes long and luxurious. And below all of that, a pair of tits that would tempt any president—well, maybe not the current one, since she seemed to swing toward men.

“I’m a professional escort,” she hissed. “And I’ll have you know that I’m very discreet. I would never discuss a client’s business with anyone, whether he’s the president or a janitor.”

Jesus. A hooker? Could it get any worse?

“Look, sweetheart, I’m sure you’re the picture of discretion, but the presidency is not something to risk over a tumble with an escort.” He squeezed out the last word like he could hardly tolerate saying it, and her cheeks turned pink in response, her mouth tightening and eyes narrowing.

Jason exhaled a big breath and stepped further from the brunette.

The woman pursed her plump lips and nudged Jason out of the way before brushing by Derek heading for the bathroom, her perfectly firm and round ass swaying in the pencil skirt that hugged her like a second skin.

Derek whipped around to glower at his candidate who blatantly adjusted himself in his $1000 Armani dress slacks.

“What the fuck were you thinking?” Derek snarled. “Do you realize what you’ve done?”

“Come on,” Jason muttered. “Like every other presidential candidate for the last fifty years hasn’t done the same damn thing. It’s a high stress job, you have to find some way to relieve that stress.”

Derek walked to the thermostat on the wall and turned on the AC to rid the room of the scent of the hooker’s perfume which was perversely turning him on even in the midst of his anger.

“Well, if this is how you handle your stress, I’m not sure you’re cut out to be president. You’ll recall that behavior like this may be commonplace in D.C., but it also nearly always ends in scandal that ruins careers. Particularly for a young, good-looking candidate with little kids at home. Do I need to mention Gary Hart and John Edwards to you?”

Jason grabbed his jacket off of the bed. Derek heard the water turn on in the bathroom and wondered exactly how much money he’d have to cough up to make this woman go away, and how long it would be until she came around again wanting more.

“London is known for her discretion,” Jason said as he unrolled his shirt sleeves. “No one will ever find out. I swear.”

Derek raised an eyebrow.

“Fine. I’ll stop, okay? Is that what you want to hear? I won’t see her again, and I’ll be a good boy and jack off in the shower instead. God knows Angela’s not going to help me out.”

Derek thought of Jason’s Patrician blonde wife and their two preschool aged children. His stomach churned. Why the fuck did these guys get married if they weren’t going to make the commitment? It wasn’t essential to have a wife in order to be successful in politics these days. He shook off the thoughts and focused on the problem at hand.

“How much?” he asked.

“How much what?” Jason responded, searching for something on the floor next to the bed.

“How much do you normally pay her?”

Jason muttered “Got it!” in triumph and stood to put on a pair of diamond cufflinks. “Oh, London? She’s a grand an hour.” He checked his watch. “And she’s been here about twenty-two minutes.”

Jesus. A grand? The last time he’d gotten laid, Derek had spent fifty bucks on two cocktails, and then taken the pretty young reporter home for a couple of hours before sliding her into a taxi and saying goodnight. Final total? Maybe a hundred dollars. A grand seemed excessive.
